Vaoto Lodge

Where the reef meets the rainforest — and the world slows to the tide.

A place apart.
Truly apart.

Vaoto Lodge sits on the edge of one of the most remote and pristine islands in the South Pacific. Ofu's legendary barrier reef — some of the healthiest coral in the world — lies just steps from your door, and the national park rainforest rises behind you.

We offer simple, honest accommodation for those who come to discover rather than to be entertained. No WiFi signal strong enough to distract you. No crowds. Just the ocean, the birds, and the unhurried rhythm of island life.

Plan your stay

Ofu is reached by small inter-island flights from Pago Pago (Tutuila). We recommend planning ahead — Manu'a flights fill quickly and the island has limited visitor infrastructure by design.
